I am from Singapore, i recently purchase a printer for my sister Canon Pixma G2010 . I installed the driver and software from the disc and tested everything is working fine . The only problem i had was to scan document or picture. The scan utility that come with the software some how does not respond at all to any click.
Close the print head (cartridge) locking cover and push it down. Press down both joint buttons. Close both ink tank covers. Close the scanning unit / cover. To close the scanning unit / cover, hold it up once, and then take it down gently. If this does not solve the problem, contact your nearest Canon service center to request a repair. C34oQJ.
